You can get help using FirstClass by:
- Contacting the Help Desk
- Reading the documents in the FirstClass Help conference (in the BISD News folder on your FirstClass Desktop)
- Attending a training conducted by your campus Technology Specialist
- Using the built-in help files of the FirstClass client (under the Help menu)
- Watching tutorial videos from AtomicLearning and CreaTech
