Open Call Tickets

HEAT Self Service

You can open your Call Tickets online using HEAT Self Service (HSS) at http://helpdesk.bryanisd.org. Additionally, HSS allows you to check on the status of your current Call Tickets and view the ones you have opened in the past.

Note: HSS is an internal Bryan ISD website and can only be accessed from inside the Bryan ISD network (i.e. you cannot access it from home).

Customer ID Changes

Your Customer ID should be the same as your network and FirstClass usernames. This is usually your first initial plus your last name.

• Example: John Doe's Customer ID would be "jdoe"

If your Customer ID is not working, please contact the Help Desk at ext. 1175.
